The Scholarship Division of the Ministry of Higher Education (MARA) provides financial assistance at all levels of higher education. It ensures students have access to financial aid, in the form of study loans and scholarships for various stages of higher education.
Since the 1990s, the Malaysian Government has funded over 1,000 Malaysian scholars to study at Massey to support the higher education of the indigenous Malay peoples abroad.
The volume of Massey alumni from the various Scholarship Programmes over the last three decades has enabled Massey to become a well-recognised institution in Malaysia.
"Massey has widen my knowledge in my field and there is a lot I can do with my degree. Massey’s ‘Stream’ website guides you through your study at your own pace and the lecturers are really helpful in providing resources, practices, online learning, and recorded materials. I love the scenery, the buildings, and the people here, but I especially enjoy studying on the grass under the trees on sunny days while listening to the birds and the ducks.”
Annissa Rosli, Bachelor of Arts (Linguistics)
