Cooper Rapley Lawyers 155.210 Commercial Law
The prize shall be known as the “Cooper Rapley Prize – 155.210 Commercial Law”.
The criteria for this prize are as follows:
- The prize shall be awarded to the student achieving the highest marks in course 155.210 Commercial Law who studied in internal mode at the Manawatu Campus.
- The recipient must be undertaking a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accountancy) or a Bachelor of Accountancy programme to be eligible.
- The value of the award will be at the discretion of the sponsor each year.
- If two or more students have equal claim to the prize, the prize may be shared.
- The recipient will be selected by the Head of School of Accountancy and Cooper Rapley Lawyers will be informed of the outcome.
- The sponsor reserves the right to review the conditions of the prize annually.
