Michele Eickstaedt is a Brazilian graduated nutritionist that has lived in New Zealand for the past 9 years. Michele has completed the first Masters of Science year which included papers in biometrics (statistical analysis for biological research), research methods, public health, human nutrition, and has focus group experience with Pacific groups. She is interested in pre-pregnancy nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and infancy and how it impacts in life-long health.
