Food Chemistry Laboratory

The Food Chemistry Laboratory is a general laboratory used for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Laboratory Facilities include:

  • Vacuum Oven
  • Rotary Evaporator
  • UV-vis spectrophotometers
  • Centrifuges
  • Kjeltec nitrogen analysis
  • Brookfield viscometer
  • Water activity meter
  • 5°C, 20°C and 30°C temperature controlled rooms.
