Interactions between breast cancer cells and immune cells

To determine if interactions between breast cancer cells and immune cells may induce a switch in immune cell phenotype and augment the metastatic capability of cancer cells, as determined by the secretion of soluble factors implicated in tumour progression and activation of the Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition.
