Environmental management

Environmental managers reconcile society’s demands for economic systems with an ecosystem’s ability to renew itself. By identifying and evaluating the consequences of economic decisions, environmental managers can recommend courses of action that consider the total environment.

Massey University’s environmental management programme was one of the first to bring together expertise across disciplines. Today, as an environmental management student at Massey, you can take advantage of our world-leading expertise in science, agriculture, business, social science and fundamental sciences, and our understanding of the interconnectivity between disciplines. Massey environmental management graduates are working all over the world. Massey offers a doctorate, postgraduate diploma and masters in this area.
